 Attention   ---इस विधि में आपके डिवाइस से गूगल प्ले के सभी सर्विस को बंद कर दिया जायेगा. जिससे गूगल के सभी app काम करना बंद कर देगा केवल क्रोम चलेगा आप गूगल अप्प यूजर कर सकते है बस आपको सेकंड यूजर use करना होगा .

Step 1 : Getting device ready for a reset (Very important step otherwise device will have frp lock later)
Go to Settings>Accounts and remove every account that could be removed.
Along with that remove any screen lock that you have on your device.

Step 2 : Booting into recovery
Turn off your device
Hold Power button and Volume Up button until the device opens up the boot menu

Use the volume up button to get <<== this arrow to Recovery Mode and then press Volume Down
The device will go to a screen saying No Command

Hold the Power Button and press the Volume Up button once to reveal the recovery menu

Step 3 : Resetting the device (This will remove all of your data take a backup beforehand if you have anything important)
From this menu go down to Wipe data/factory reset by using the Volume Down button then hit the Power Button to select.

Once the operation is over select the Reboot system now option
It'll take some time but soon your device will boot up being back to how you got it the first time around

Step 4 : Prepping the device for de-googling
Go through the setup procedure and DO NOT connect to any network wi-fi or mobile internet
Once on the home screen go to settings
Go all the way down to About Tablet and select it
Again go down and click on Build number 7 times in order to enable developer mode
Once enabled go to System>Advanced>Developer options
From there find and turn on USB debugging

Step 5 : De-googling
Unlike Samsung which used Knox to implement the mdm Lava and maybe Acer too do it with the Google Play Services thus that needs to be removed

For the following procedure you can use  ADB App Control, click for download the tool.
Connect your device to your pc using a usb cable then :
 Open ADB App Control and when your deviceis conected to the system then  select all 15 apps, select unistall from the drop down menu at the bottom and click on uninstall.
